Access your In-App Reports in the Eversense App to better understand your glucose patterns and history and learn how to easily share it with your health care provider.

Glucose Statistics Reports

Your Eversense CGM System automatically creates 4 reports which you can view at any time right in your app. Go to Reports and swipe right to see all four reports. These reports may help you and your health care provider fine tune your diabetes management plan.

Glucose Pie Chart Report

This report shows in graphical format what percent of your readings within a given time period are within, below, or above your Glucose Target levels.

Time in Range

This report shows the percentage of time spent in preset glucose ranges, based on the standardized AGP report guidelines.

Weekly Modal Summary

This report shows your last seven days of glucose readings summarized in a 24-hour line graph format to help find patterns during the day.

Helpful Tips

Access glucose data in the palm of your hand

Ensure Easy Access To Your Eversense App

Place the Eversense App on the home screen of your mobile device and be sure to keep the app open to easily access your glucose data.

Share Location When Prompted (Android Users Only)

The location services pop-up is for Android OS only and is needed for the initial pairing of the smart transmitter and the app only. Once the Bluetooth pairing is complete, data will transfer from the transmitter to the mobile app, and alerts will happen–even if you decide to turn off location services.

Preparing for your next sensor in advance will ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience.

The Eversense® E3 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System is indicated for continually measuring glucose levels for up to 180 days in persons with diabetes age 18 and older. The system is indicated for use to replace fingerstick blood glucose (BG) measurements for diabetes treatment decisions. Fingerstick BG measurements are still required for calibration primarily one time a day after day 21, and when symptoms do not match CGM information or when taking medications of the tetracycline class. The sensor insertion and removal procedures are performed by a health care provider. The Eversense E3 CGM System is a prescription device; patients should talk to their health care provider to learn more.

The Eversense® 365 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System is indicated for continually measuring glucose levels for up to one year in people (18 years and older) with diabetes. The system is indicated for use to replace fingerstick blood glucose (BG) measurements for diabetes treatment decisions. Fingerstick BG measurements are required for calibration one time a week after day 13, and when symptoms do not match CGM information or when taking medications of the tetracycline class. The sensor insertion and removal procedures are performed by a health care provider. The Eversense 365 CGM System is a prescription device; patients should talk to their health care provider to learn more.
