Whatever you do, just log it in your Eversense 365 mobile App

  • You can log different events like meals, insulin, health, and exercise. (Image 2)
  • Tracking these events with your glucose levels helps you find patterns and understand your body better.
  • You can also add notes to each event type if you want to include extra information.

You can manually enter events to show up on the trend graph and glucose reports. This helps you find patterns in your glucose levels.

Enter and track events in the Event Log

  • Tap Menu > Event Log (Image 1)
  • Add an event using the event icon “+” > e.g. Meals (3).
  • Tap each field to add information (4). 
  • Tap Save to save entry and return to EVENT LOG screen. Tap Cancel to exit without saving changes.

Helpful Tips

  1. You can also access the ADD EVENT screen directly from the MY GLUCOSE screen with a single tap anywhere on the graph area.

  2. Logging a Glucose Event does not calibrate your system. Calibrations must still be entered under Main Menu > Calibrate. 

  3. If you forgot to enter an event - you can enter it later and change the date and time of the event if needed.

The Eversense® E3 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System is indicated for continually measuring glucose levels for up to 180 days in persons with diabetes age 18 and older. The system is indicated for use to replace fingerstick blood glucose (BG) measurements for diabetes treatment decisions. Fingerstick BG measurements are still required for calibration primarily one time a day after day 21, and when symptoms do not match CGM information or when taking medications of the tetracycline class. The sensor insertion and removal procedures are performed by a health care provider. The Eversense E3 CGM System is a prescription device; patients should talk to their health care provider to learn more.
