Eversense 365 is the first and only continuous glucose monitoring system designed to last for one year. The system includes an implantable sensor placed under the skin of the upper arm by a trained healthcare professional during a brief in-office procedure, plus a removable smart transmitter worn on the skin with gentle adhesive changed daily. The transmitter sends glucose readings to a mobile app every 5 minutes.
Eversense 365 is designed to reduce the burden associated with traditional short-term CGMs by requiring just one sensor per year, supporting real-time glucose monitoring with broad insurance access, including Medicare for insulin users.

Eversense 365 provides real-time glucose readings from a small sensor that’s placed just under the skin of the upper arm by a healthcare professional. The smart transmitter sits above the sensor, sending glucose data to an app. Want to learn more about the science behind Eversense 365? Check out our “How Eversense Works” video!
Eversense is the only long-term CGM system available. It provides reliable glucose data over a year so people can focus on managing their diabetes and not their device. It minimizes daily frustrations caused by short-term CGMs, improving outcomes with just one sensor a year1-4.

Eversense 365 is proven to empower better diabetes management and improve patient outcomes6. It minimizes device disruptions caused by short-term CGMs with just one sensor and one transmitter for a year. By reducing the device burden, Eversense users experience better health outcomes, with meaningful improvements in diabetes management, including more time in their target glucose range7. You can learn more about the benefits of a year-long CGM here.
Eversense 365 empowers better diabetes management with exceptional accuracy over a year and proven patient outcomes1, 6. It is the most accurate CGM in low ranges4, where errors can have the greatest impact on patient safety and treatment decisions1-3. As the only one year CGM, it also minimizes daily frustrations caused by short-term CGMs such as frequent sensor changes, wasted CGMs, requests for extra CGMs and skin irritation from harsh adhesives.
Healthcare providers also benefit from seamless support for their patient and practice, with the certified Eversense Inserter Network, broad insurance coverage for people using insulin, and a dedicated Eversense Support Team.
Yes. The world’s only one year CGM, Eversense 365, now works with the twiist™ Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) System, providing a year of continuous, exceptionally accurate glucose data to support insulin delivery.
Senseonics is also advancing partnership discussions with various other pump manufacturers.
The tiny sensor is placed just under the skin of the upper arm by a trained healthcare provider. There's a small incision which is then closed with Steri-Strips (which can be removed within a few days) - usually no stitches involved. Then everything is good to go for one year. Want to learn more about the process? Check out our “Eversense CGM Sensor Placement” video.
After daily calibrations for the first 13 days, one weekly fingerstick calibration with a BGM means one year of reliable glucose monitoring. It provides patients with complete reassurance that their CGM is monitoring glucose accurately, which is vital for successful diabetes management. Calibration also helps Eversense 365 to learn and adjust to the user, making the sensor smarter over time.
Eversense 365 is indicated for the management of type 1 and type 2 diabetes in adults aged 18 and over. Adults with diabetes that are taking insulin are most likely to qualify for reimbursement.
Eversense 365 is an affordable option for patients. It is covered by most commercial health plans and Medicare for those taking insulin. Eligible patients may pay as little as $199 for a full year with the Eversense PASS Program8.
Eversense 365 is covered by Medicare and most commercial health plans.
* There is no glucose data generated when the transmitter is removed.

The Eversense® 365 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System is indicated for continually measuring glucose levels for up to one year in people (18 years and older) with diabetes. The system is indicated for use to replace fingerstick blood glucose (BG) measurements for diabetes treatment decisions. Fingerstick BG measurements are required for calibration one time a week after day 13, and when symptoms do not match CGM information or when taking medications of the tetracycline class. The sensor insertion and removal procedures are performed by a health care provider. The Eversense 365 CGM System is a prescription device; patients should talk to their health care provider to learn more.
