The Eversense® CGM user may also remove you from their Circle. If this happens, a notification will appear informing you that you have been removed from that person’s Circle when you next tap to view that person’s values.

Sensor: The sensor is considered medical waste and will be disposed of by your health care professional.
Transmitter: The transmitter contains a reusable battery and should be disposed of based on your local regulations.
Adhesive patch: The adhesive patch can be thrown away with normal household trash.
The Eversense® E3 Transmitter is covered by a 1 year warranty.

You can also add Notes to each of the Event types if there is additional information you would like to include.
NOTE: The Notes that are added in the App are not viewable in DMS. The notes are only available in the App.
No. The Eversense E3 Sensor is only compatible with the Eversense E3 Smart Transmitter. The Eversense E3 Smart Transmitter is only compatible with the Eversense E3 Sensor.
You can find the Sensor Serial number in the Eversense® App that is connect to your Sensor and Transmitter.

The Eversense® E3 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System is indicated for continually measuring glucose levels for up to 180 days in persons with diabetes age 18 and older. The system is indicated for use to replace fingerstick blood glucose (BG) measurements for diabetes treatment decisions. Fingerstick BG measurements are still required for calibration primarily one time a day after day 21, and when symptoms do not match CGM information or when taking medications of the tetracycline class. The sensor insertion and removal procedures are performed by a health care provider. The Eversense E3 CGM System is a prescription device; patients should talk to their health care provider to learn more.
The Eversense® 365 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System is indicated for continually measuring glucose levels for up to one year in people (18 years and older) with diabetes. The system is indicated for use to replace fingerstick blood glucose (BG) measurements for diabetes treatment decisions.
