Sharing Your Eversense E3 CGM Data

Use your Eversense Mobile App to share data with friends, family and your health care provider, and Eversense DMS to review, print or email customized reports of your glucose history. With Eversense NOW App, invited people can remotely view your data surrounding you with confidence knowing they are never far.

Two Easy Steps for a friend or family to join your circle and start viewing your data

1. In your Eversense CGM App, go to Menu > Share My Data > My Circle to send the email invitation to your family member or friend. The email invitation will take them through steps for:

  • Downloading the Eversense NOW App

  • Creating an Eversense account to allow the flow of CGM data

Your Eversense Data Management System (DMS) account is used by your Eversense Mobile App, and by the Eversense DMS web app for data review and reports.

Sharing your data with your health care provider’s clinic made easy

The Clinic Share feature of Eversense Mobile App allows you to either invite or accept an invitation from your health care provider’s clinic to have access to your glucose reports via Eversense DMS Pro. From Eversense Mobile App:

1Invite your health care provider

  • Menu > Share My Data > Clinic Share
        
  • Clinic Requests > Send Requests

  • Enter your health care provider's Eversense DMS Pro Clinic ID number (they need to provide this number to you)

2Accept an invitation from your health care provider

  • Menu > Share My Data > Clinic Share

  • Clinic Requests > Accept Requests

View your AGP Report in DMS

The Eversense DMS Dashboard’s primary report is the AGP (Ambulatory Glucose Profile) report, which displays glucose data in 3 sections:

Section 1: Glucose Statistics and Targets

Section 2: Ambulatory Glucose Profile

Section 3: Daily Glucose Profiles

Build Your Eversense Circle

You can invite as many people as you wish through the My Circle screen on your Eversense Mobile App.

The Eversense NOW App allows people in your circle to remotely monitor your glucose data.
